1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Initiation:
Clients may cancel their project before the commencement of work. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting a nominal administrative fee, which accounts for consultation and planning efforts. - After Project Initiation:
If a project is canceled after work has commenced, no refund will be provided for the services rendered. Any deliverables completed up to the cancellation point will be handed over to the client, provided the scope matches the payment made. - Ongoing Subscriptions or Retainers:
For recurring services (e.g., social media management or monthly retainers), cancellations require a 30-day notice period. The final billing cycle will be charged in full, and services will continue during this period.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable in cases where services have not commenced, or no significant resources have been allocated. For partially completed work, clients will receive deliverables proportionate to the payment made, and no refunds will be provided. - Non-Refundable Cases:
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction arising from the client’s failure to provide timely approvals, feedback, or materials.
- Custom services or packages specifically tailored to the client’s requirements are non-refundable once work begins.
- Payments made toward third-party expenses (e.g., ad spend, software tools) are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation and will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
- If Burban Branding is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified immediately, and a fair resolution will be proposed, which may include partial refunds.
- Any disputes will be addressed amicably, with a focus on reaching a mutually agreeable solution.
4. How to Request Cancellation or Refunds
- To initiate a cancellation or refund request, clients must submit a written request via email to [email protected]. The request should include the project name, payment details, and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
